Crystal River gems is an Australian gem store that has been offering a series of premium gemstones since 2014.
The company has recently been hit by a cyber attack, which affected the site’s login page, and now it appears some of the customers are losing faith in the company.
A Twitter user posted a picture of a customer’s login and asked, “Why are people buying these expensive gems?”
He also said that he’s been paying around $30 for each gem he wants to see.
The picture also showed a customer who asked, “#crystalrivergems?
Why do I have to pay $30 to get the same gem as $30?”
“It’s a bit of a mystery as to why the majority of customers are not happy with Crystal River’s pricing and it’s not clear what they are getting for their money,” a Crystal River spokesperson told The Daily Telegraph.
A representative for Crystal River told The Sydney Morning Herald that the company is aware of the issue and is investigating the incident. “
We are aware of this issue and are investigating the situation.”
A representative for Crystal River told The Sydney Morning Herald that the company is aware of the issue and is investigating the incident.
“We are working with the Australian Federal Police and will continue to monitor the situation,” the spokesperson said.
While there’s a few options for consumers to buy the gems, they’re currently available for $100 each, and they’re not always cheap.
It’s worth noting that Crystal River is the only Australian gemstore to offer the gems for free.
For those looking for gems that cost more, you can also find the stones at many other stores.
If you have a question about any of these gems, you’ll want to reach out to Crystal Lake Gems, a company that offers the services of Gematronics, as well as a few other services.
